A Casa Cor Rio 2007 será aberta no próximo dia 9 de outubro e já está causando furor entre os cariocas. O motivo? A escolha do tema. Ao contrário dos outros eventos deste tipo, a Casa Cor Rio não está dissociando o local em que ficará da temática dos ambientes. A mostra ficará no Jockey Club do Rio de Janeiro e este ano o espaço irá abrigar a casa de um homem que é apaixonado por turfe. Patricia Quentel, diretora da evento, explicou alguns dos detalhes da preparação. A montagem já está a todo vapor. Segundo ela, o prédio tem uma “localização muito especial, na Gávea, perto do Jardim Botânico" e por isso o projeto desta vez será mais voltado para fora. A exposição contará com muitas janelas para os visitantes observarem a bela vista.
O tema diverge da Casa Cor São Paulo deste ano, que construiu um condomínio de luxo, com a casa de vários personagens. A edição carioca é voltada para um conceito único. Patrícia explica que a razão disso é que "o morar mais tradicional é algo que interessa às pessoas". O prédio será montado como se um homem apaixonado por corridas de cavalos comprasse a tribuna e fizesse do espaço a sua casa. A parte de baixo será voltada para a área social e a parte superior vai acomodar a área íntima da casa.
Segundo a diretora da Casa Cor Rio, o fato de o prédio do Jockey Club ser tombado somente na parte externa e a área interna poder ser alterada ajudou muito na constituição do projeto. “Estamos montando a casa dos sonhos”, diz Patrícia, que nos contou que o edifício inteiro foi redividido para melhor acomodar uma família com filhos pequenos e grandes. Além disso, a casa terá também o apartamento do treinador de cavalos e muitos outros espaços, que no total somarão 55 projetos diferentes. Vamos esperar e conferir mais uma edição do maior evento de decoração da América Latina!
